So hip-hop artist Akon, just closed on a steal of a deal at Atlanta National; the African born artist purchased a 5 acre estate that includes pool, six car garage, 1200 squarefoot wine cellar, 6 bedrooms, 8 baths and 2.5 baths.
The was on the market for over a year, 413 days, with an original list price of $2,195,000 but Akon purchased for $1,650,000 a discount of 25% and the sellers even paid some closing costs.
